We use a wide variety of music including current and past popular Christian music, old and new bible camp favorites and occasional traditional hymns arranged to be sung with the praise band.  Sitting in front and singing loud is encouraged!

 Bells of Praise

staffBells of Praise rehearses Wednesday's  5:30-6:30 from September- May. We ring at worship every 2nd Sunday. We need 11 ringers in our group and everyone has to be at each rehearsal (or have a substitute lined up) or it's like having keys missing on a keyboard. You can ask any member, IT IS SO MUCH FUN to ring. Anyone can come listen to rehearsals if they want to. Right now the choir is complete; however if anyone is interested in being a member, the best thing to do is get on our sub list. That way you are trained and ready to step in. The ability to read music, count the beats and a sense of dedication is what is required.

staffThe group Grace Notes consists of six women of Grace who combine their voices in sweet praise to the Lord.

Grace Notes ministers through their sextet harmony at worship services and special events throughout the year. They also provide outreach ministries several times a year at area senior citizen facilities, rest homes, and various community events.

King’s Men Quartet members praise the King of Kings with a gospel style harmony. Their music ministry takes place several times each year at Grace’s worship service and at area events.

Grace’s Women’s Choir gives women who do not regularly sing a New Song or Chancel choirs an opportunity to join the women from these two choirs for a gal’s choir experience. Women of all ages who would like to participate should please call Sherry Truman or the church office for more information.

 Special Music

staffSpecial music at Grace is done by various people in the church family.  Occasionally it is done by ‘in-house’ groups such as our various music ensembles or children’s choirs, other times it is done by families or friends or individuals when a special event is happening during a service (a baptism or a recognition).  Special music can be done by anyone who has a desire to share their musical talents with the congregation, whether voice, instrumental, or a combination.  Often the piece appears during the offering, during communion, or near the middle of the service.  If you have an interest in sharing special music, please [Contact Grace] for more information.
