The Outreach Team reaches out to support people in our church, in our community, and in our world. We are actively seeking to share and to show God’s love. Outreach is a broad umbrella that includes the following ministries:

 

In our church:

 

• Grace Pantry, Care Bags

 

• Visitation of shut-ins and the elderly

 

• Women’s Circles

 

• Prayer Shawls

 

• Prayer Chain

 

• Church Pictorial Directory

 

• Local Military Support

 

In our community:

​

• Christmas Star Tree and Sock Tree to provide gifts to those in need

 

• Meals on Wheels – delivering meals to the elderly

 

• Church Float to have a presence in the Glows parade

 

• People Helping People for those in need who come to Grace for help

 

In our world:

 

• Lutheran Social Services supports people locally and nation-wide

 

• Missions Team supports numerous ministries with fundraisers like:

 

       * Apple Pie Bake

 

       * Phantom Tea

 

       * Church-wide Rummage Sale

 

       * Christmas Trees & Wreaths Sale
